Kayla Robinson, BHK, RHN
Co-Owner, Registered Holistic Nutritionist

Kayla Robinson has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Kinetics and is certified as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. She chose to study Holistic Nutrition after discovering a link between the food she was eating everyday and her digestive issues, allergies and migraines. She believes that nutrition is fundamental to health and wellbeing and she hopes to guide others in finding the unique diet and lifestyle that allows them to feel their best. Her areas of interest include digestive health, allergies and food sensitivities, fatigue and energy, weight loss and metabolic conditions. 



Martin Garneau, NSCA-CPT
Co-Owner, Fitness Trainer

Martin Garneau is an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. Martin has been passionate about fitness for over 10 years, always exploring new aspects and experimenting with new exercise techniques to improve his performance. He has worked in orthopaedics at The Ottawa Hospital which has given him a strong background in anatomy, physiology, and injury rehabilitation. His passion for fitness and background in orthopaedics made him realize that he wanted to help people reach their optimal health and goals by providing safe and effective functional exercises.

A discussion of individual health concerns, goals, health history and current food and lifestyle habits;

An assessment of symptoms to determine imbalances and areas of concern;

Recommendations to improve diet and lifestyle based on health concerns 

* Fully customized 7-day meal plans include all daily meals and snacks. Recipes and grocery lists are provided and adapted to individual needs.
